Terms of service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
Overview
Welcome to Ante Blinds. Throughout this website, the terms "Ante Blinds," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the store operated by the company identified in Section 20 below. We offer this website, including the information, tools, products, and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms apply to users of the website, including customers, browsers, and contributors of content. Please read them before using the website or placing an order.
New website features and tools are also subject to these Terms. Changes to these Terms are addressed in Section 19.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 1: Online Store Terms
By using this website to place an order, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence, or that you have the necessary authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate applicable laws through your use of the website. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other material intended to damage or interfere with the website.
A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to existing orders.
Section 2: General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or abuse of our services.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or services without our express written permission, except where permitted by law.
Information submitted through the website may be processed through Shopify and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or card security codes by email.
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
Section 3: Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and useful information. General guides and historical content may not reflect every product or the latest circumstances. Follow the requirements and specifications for the particular product you order.
We may update website content from time to time. Nothing in this section excuses a materially inaccurate product description, removes our obligations concerning your order, or limits your statutory rights.
Section 4: Changes to Services and Prices
Prices, promotions, product availability, and website features may change. Changes do not, by themselves, authorize an additional charge for an order you have already placed.
We may modify or discontinue website features or products, subject to applicable law and our obligations for existing orders. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you as appropriate to explain the available options.
Section 5: Products and Custom Orders
Our blinds and shades are made to the dimensions and configuration in your confirmed order. Available fabrics, colors, mounting methods, operating methods, and size limits depend on the product.
Window measurements are not necessarily the same as the finished product dimensions you need to order. You are responsible for reviewing the measuring instructions, product requirements, Order Width, Order Height, and selected configuration before confirming your order.
If you need to request a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. A request is not confirmation that a change has been made; we will confirm any agreed revision. The first 24 hours are included in the production estimate. If dimensions are changed, the production period restarts once the revised dimensions have been agreed and confirmed with our team, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. Screens, lighting, and the characteristics of materials may affect their appearance. These differences do not excuse supplying a different product, fabric, or color from the one ordered, or a product that does not conform to its description.
Our 30-Day Refund Policy, 90-Day Free Redo Policy, 1-Year Limited Warranty, and Shipping Policy set out the relevant eligibility requirements, reporting periods, remedies, and procedures. Please review those policies before purchasing.
Our voluntary refund and redo policies do not cover customer measurement or configuration errors or a change of mind about a correctly supplied product. This does not exclude rights or remedies that apply by law.
Where a specific published policy addresses a matter more precisely than these general Terms, that policy governs that matter, subject to applicable law. These Terms do not cancel or reduce an express commitment in those policies.
Section 6: Billing, Account Information, and Orders
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and contact information, including your email address and delivery address, and to update relevant information when necessary so that we can process your order and contact you.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or a material listing error. We may also limit quantities or orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, where lawful.
If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable related charges, as required by law. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund due to you.
Please check your order details and delivery address carefully. Address corrections should be requested promptly; the address cannot be changed after shipment, as stated in our Shipping Policy.
Section 7: Optional Third-Party Tools
We may make optional tools from third-party providers available through the website. Those tools may be subject to their providers' terms and technical limitations.
Where permitted by law, independently provided third-party tools are made available without additional warranties from us beyond those expressly stated. Review the relevant terms before using an optional tool.
This section does not remove our responsibility for the products we sell, our express commitments, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 8: Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or materials. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or its content.
We do not control independent third-party websites. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them or entering into transactions with them. Questions about a purchase made directly from a third party should be directed to that seller.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 9: Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
If you submit a review, suggestion, or other content intended for public use, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, format, and display it in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and any agreed restrictions. We will not edit a review to misrepresent its meaning.
This permission does not make private order correspondence, payment information, or warranty evidence public content. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you submit. It must not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, contain unlawful or defamatory material, impersonate another person, or include malicious code.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not required to pay for unsolicited suggestions unless we have separately agreed to do so. Nothing in these Terms prohibits honest consumer reviews or other legally protected statements.
Section 10: Personal Information
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information about the data we collect, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy matters.
Section 11: Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Website information may occasionally contain errors relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, timing, or availability. We may correct errors and update information.
If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options. Any cancellation, refund, or proposed change will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We will not use this section to remove a remedy required by law or retrospectively impose an undisclosed charge.
Section 12: Prohibited Uses
- Carry out unlawful activity or encourage another person to do so.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Submit fraudulent orders, false claims, or materially misleading information.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against others.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with website security or operation.
- Collect personal information without authorization, conduct phishing, or send spam.
- Circumvent access controls or misuse the website in a way that disrupts service.
We may restrict access in response to these activities, subject to applicable law. Legitimate complaints, good-faith refund or warranty claims, and honest reviews are not prohibited by this section.
Section 13: Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, general website functionality and independently provided tools are offered on an "as available" basis.
Our products remain subject to our express product descriptions, published refund and redo policies, written warranty, and applicable consumer law. No general website disclaimer overrides those obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of the website or services.
Some states and jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, any injury or other loss for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Section 14: Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us and our personnel against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing or for bringing a legitimate complaint or exercising a statutory consumer right.
Section 15: Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be applied only to the extent permitted by law or treated as severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally enforceable.
Section 16: Termination
These Terms apply while you use our website and services. You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms where permitted by law.
Termination does not erase payment obligations already properly incurred or remove either party's obligations and rights relating to existing orders, refunds, warranty claims, or statutory remedies.
Section 17: Entire Agreement
These Terms, the policies incorporated by reference, and any specific terms agreed for your order form the agreement governing the relevant use of our website and purchase from us.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. This section does not exclude product descriptions or representations that form part of your contract, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 18: Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms apply subject to the laws applicable to your transaction. Nothing in them deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or access to courts or other remedies available to you under applicable law.
We do not impose an exclusive U.S. state jurisdiction or a mandatory arbitration requirement through these Terms.
Section 19: Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights or commitments relating to an existing order.
Where notice or consent is required by law for a change, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent. Please review the current version before placing a new order.
