Every Ante Blinds order is made to your specifications. Below you'll find where we deliver, how production and shipping times work, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to:

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Canadian provinces and territories not listed above, including Quebec.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address when placing your order.

Production and shipping times

Production and shipping are separate stages. The production estimate is not the date your order will arrive.

Estimated dispatch if you order today

5 to 7 days after ordering

This is the shipping date, not the arrival date. Allow a further 4 to 6 days for free shipping or 3 to 5 days for Premium UPS.

Estimated dates only. Changes to your dimensions will restart the production period as explained below.

BEFORE DISPATCH

Custom production: 5 to 7 days

Our estimated production time is 5 to 7 days from the date you place your order. The first 24 hours are included in this estimate, not added on top. If you need to request an order change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you change your dimensions, the 5-to-7-day production period restarts once the revised dimensions have been agreed and confirmed with our team.

Each order undergoes quality inspection immediately after production and before dispatch.

Shipping time begins when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

Both options are available for the supported destinations listed above. Premium UPS Shipping does not shorten production time.

Times are stated in days, not business days. All production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Holidays, factory closures, peak-season demand, backorders, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect timing.

Premium UPS charges are based on the number of blinds or shades in your order, not their weight. All rates below are in U.S. dollars (USD).

If you choose Premium UPS Shipping, the applicable shipping charge is payable at checkout.

Duties, taxes, and clearance fees

No additional payment is required beyond the amount shown and paid at checkout.

Ante Blinds covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees for delivery to our supported destinations. You will not be asked to pay additional import or delivery charges when your order arrives.

If a carrier or customs agent requests an additional payment, contact service@anteblinds.com so we can help resolve it before you pay.

Tracking your order

We will provide a tracking number after your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages, allowing items to ship as they become ready. Packages may arrive on different dates; receiving one package does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.

If your tracking appears to have stopped updating, a package is missing, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, contact service@anteblinds.com with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

The delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

Shipping delays and product availability

If we expect that we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate when available and explain your options, including consenting to a delay or cancelling the affected unshipped items for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Products or colors may occasionally become unavailable or be placed on backorder. We remove discontinued options as soon as we are notified. If an item in your order is backordered, we will contact you promptly to discuss modifying or cancelling the affected order.

Damage in transit and missing parts

Please inspect your packages and their contents when they arrive, especially if the outer packaging shows signs of damage.

Report shipping damage or missing parts within 120 calendar days of delivery by emailing service@anteblinds.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any damage, packaging, and shipping labels where relevant.

Keep the original packaging, as it may be needed to investigate or process a claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

This 120-day reporting period applies to shipping damage and missing parts. It is separate from the eligibility requirements and deadlines in our 90-Day Free Redo Policy and does not extend that policy's coverage.
